No Account Casino UK 2026: The Complete Guide to Pay N Play Gambling

A casino that doesn’t demand an account sounds like an oxymoron in an industry built on tracking your every spin. Yet by 2026, no account casinos have moved from fringe novelty to mainstream option for UK players who value speed, privacy, and the outright refusal to fill out registration forms. No account casinos strip away the tedious sign-up rituals—no email, no password, no ID upload before you can even place a bet. Instead, they link your bank account through Trustly’s Pay N Play, verify you in seconds, and hand you a balance you can start using immediately. This guide walks you through everything you need to know about playing at no account casinos in the UK this year, from the technology that powers them to a ranked list of the top operators, plus the legal landscape, bonuses, and what to watch out for. If you’re tired of the registration dance, you’re in the right place.

What Exactly Is a No Account Casino?

A no account casino is an online casino that lets you deposit, play, and withdraw without creating a traditional player account. The concept emerged in 2016 when Trustly, a Swedish payment provider, launched Pay N Play. The idea was simple: use your bank credentials to verify your identity and handle payments, bypassing the casino’s own registration system. You visit the casino site, click deposit, select Trustly, authenticate with your bank, and the casino creates a temporary profile for you behind the scenes. There’s no username, no password, no confirmation email. Your bank acts as the identity verifier, and your funds move instantly. When you’re done playing, you withdraw and walk away—the casino holds no permanent account for you.

The model took off in Scandinavia first, then spread across Europe. By 2024, the UK gambling market had started warming up to it, and 2026 sees no account casinos firmly established as an alternative to traditional operators. They’re particularly popular with players who balk at sharing personal data with yet another website or who simply can’t be bothered with the five-minute sign-up hurdle. The “no account” label can be a little misleading, though. The casino does maintain a minimal record for transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance, but from your perspective, the experience feels account-free. You never log in. You just deposit and play.

There’s a misconception that no account casinos are dodgy or unregulated. On the contrary, most reputable Pay N Play casinos hold UK Gambling Commission licenses and must follow the same strict rules as everyone else. The difference is in how they collect and verify your details—using bank-grade security rather than a manual upload process. That means your data is handled by your bank, not the casino’s marketing department. For privacy-minded players, that’s a significant upgrade.

How Pay N Play Technology Works

Trustly’s Pay N Play is the engine behind almost every no account casino. It’s an application programming interface that connects the casino’s platform directly to your online bank. Here’s the step-by-step mechanism. When you hit “deposit” on a Pay N Play casino, you’re redirected to Trustly’s interface. You choose your bank from a list of hundreds of supported institutions—everything from Barclays to HSBC to Monzo is there. Then you log in with your regular online banking credentials. Trustly confirms your identity with the bank, pulls in your name, address, and date of birth, and passes that verified data to the casino. Simultaneously, the deposit amount is debited from your bank and credited to your casino balance. The whole process takes about ten seconds on a decent internet connection.

Behind the scenes, the casino maps your bank-verified identity to a unique token. That token serves as your temporary profile without needing a standalone account. When you return later, you simply deposit again with the same bank details, and the casino recognizes you. Your balance, game history, and loyalty points (if any) are preserved. Withdrawals work in reverse: you request a cashout, and the casino pushes the funds back to your linked bank account through Trustly. Because the casino already has your verified identity from the bank, there’s no need for manual KYC checks, which is why payouts are often instant or completed within minutes rather than days.

Security is the obvious question. Trustly is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and operates under PSD2 regulations in Europe. It uses the same encryption and authentication protocols as the banking system. You’re not giving your bank credentials to the casino; you’re logging into your bank’s secure environment, and Trustly merely facilitates the data transfer. For the player, that means no extra passwords to remember and no phishing risk from a rogue casino storing your credentials. It’s as safe as paying for something online with a bank transfer, except instantaneous.

A minor quirk: Pay N Play requires that you have a bank account that supports online banking and that you’re willing to use it. Some players prefer e-wallets or cards, which Pay N Play doesn’t support directly. But the speed trade-off is usually worth the adjustment. You’re also restricted to one bank account per identity; you can’t link multiple payment sources to the same temporary profile. For most casual and even serious players, that’s fine. High rollers who need to move money through different channels might find it limiting, but they’re not the primary audience.

UK Legal Landscape for No Account Casinos in 2026

The United Kingdom’s gambling laws are famously stringent, and for good reason. The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) demands rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) checks, source-of-funds verification, and responsible gambling tools. No account casinos comply by integrating identity verification into the deposit flow. Because the bank has already performed KYC under financial regulations, the casino can rely on that data, though UKGC still requires gambling-specific checks for high-risk players. In practice, if you deposit a modest amount, say under £500, the casino typically won’t ask for additional documents. Beyond that threshold, you might hit a request for proof of income or a selfie with your ID. It’s not truly “no account” for large sums, but for everyday play, the friction stays minimal.

2025 brought a wave of regulatory adjustments, including stricter affordability checks and a mandatory £2 stake limit for online slots for those under 25, phased in throughout 2026. No account casinos have been adapting by incorporating soft affordability assessments—some use open banking data to gauge spending patterns before allowing large deposits. The industry’s critics argue that Pay N Play’s speed encourages impulsive gambling. The UKGC’s response has been to require real-time interventions: if a player’s behaviour shows markers of harm, the casino must freeze the account and prompt a responsible gambling interaction, even in a no account setup. So yes, you can still get interrupted by a mandatory time-out, no account or not.

One notable point: the Gamstop self-exclusion scheme works with no account casinos. If you register with Gamstop, your bank-verified identity is flagged across all participating operators, including Pay N Play sites. The casino may not have a traditional account for you, but it still holds enough identifying data to enforce the exclusion. In 2026, this integration is robust; you’ll be blocked from depositing at any Gamstop-affiliated no account casino within hours of signing up.

Offshore no account casinos—those licensed in Curacao, Malta, or Estonia—also accept UK players, though they exist in a grey area. The UKGC doesn’t prohibit players from using offshore sites, but it warns that they lack UK consumer protections. Some offshore Pay N Play casinos operate without Gamstop and with laxer KYC, which pulls in players seeking fewer barriers. The trade-off is obvious: no UK oversight means less recourse if something goes wrong. This guide covers both UK-licensed and popular offshore options, but always check the license yourself before depositing.

Top 10 No Account Casinos UK for 2026

Below is a ranking of the best no account casinos available to UK players this year. The list includes a mix of UKGC-licensed and trusted offshore operators, all supporting Pay N Play or an equivalent instant-banking solution. Each one has been evaluated on speed, game selection, bonuses, mobile experience, and overall trustworthiness. The order reflects a balance of all those factors, not just one metric.

Casino Bonus License Withdrawal Speed Unique Feature
Casumo Welcome Bonus & Free Spins UKGC, MGA Instant–24 hours Adventure loyalty program
Mr Green Deposit Match & Free Spins UKGC, MGA Instant with Trustly Green Gaming tools
LeoVegas Welcome Package UKGC, MGA 0–24 hours Award-winning mobile app
Rizk Deposit Bonus & Free Spins UKGC, MGA Instant Wheel of Rizk loyalty
Voodoo Dreams Welcome Offer UKGC, MGA 0–5 hours Unique spell-casting UI
Duelz Deposit Bonus UKGC, MGA Instant–24 hours Player vs. player duels
Highroller Welcome Bonus MGA Instant High-value bonuses & VIP focus
PlayOJO No Wagering Free Spins UKGC, MGA 0–24 hours No wagering on any bonus
Kaboo Welcome Free Spins UKGC, MGA Instant–12 hours Gamified missions & rewards
PlayFrank Deposit Match UKGC, MGA 0–48 hours Casual-friendly interface

Casumo sits at the top for its consistent performance and entertaining loyalty system. The adventure-driven rewards feel less like a generic points program and more like a game itself, which fits the no account ethos of minimal friction. Mr Green is a close second, with its strong focus on responsible gambling through Green Gaming, proving that “fast” doesn’t have to mean reckless. LeoVegas, long the king of mobile, brings its polished app into the Pay N Play fold, making it a top pick for smartphone users. Rizk’s Wheel of Rizk gives players a tangible extra with each level-up, and its no-nonsense bonus structure avoids the fine-print traps that plague many competitors.

Voodoo Dreams and Duelz add a layer of social interaction rarely seen in no account casinos. Voodoo Dreams’ spell-casting theme and live casino atmosphere create a community feel, while Duelz lets you challenge other players for extra payouts—both thrive on quick sessions. Highroller, though MGA-licensed and not UKGC, has built a reputation for lightning payouts and VIP treatment that attracts high-stakes players. PlayOJO famously refuses to attach wagering requirements to any bonus, so what you win from free spins is yours immediately; that transparency meshes perfectly with the no account philosophy. Kaboo and PlayFrank round out the list with fresh interfaces and solid mobile experiences.

When using any offshore casino like Highroller, remember that UKGC protections don’t apply. The MGA is a strict regulator, but dispute resolution paths differ. Always check the casino’s self-exclusion and deposit limit tools before playing, especially if you’re coming from a UKGC-regulated background.

How We Rank the Best No Account Casinos

Rankings that just list casinos without methodology are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. We use five weighted criteria, designed specifically for the no account segment. First, speed of verification and payout: because the entire sell is about removing delays, casinos that process deposits and withdrawals in under five minutes score highest. We test this with real deposits and track every minute of lag. Second, game library depth: no account shouldn’t mean a shallow catalogue. We look for at least 800 slots, a decent spread of table games, and a live casino suite. Third, bonus fairness: we dissect wagering requirements, max bet limits, game weightings, and cashout caps. A bonus that adds 40x wagering to a no account casino is a mismatch, so we penalize convoluted terms. Fourth, mobile UX: because many no account players are on phones, we test load times, menu navigation, and game performance on both iOS and Android. Finally, trust and support: we verify licenses, audit complaint histories, and contact customer support with a test query to gauge response time and accuracy. The score is a weighted blend: speed and trust carry the most weight, together accounting for 50% of the total.

We don’t use affiliate revenue or advertising spend to influence the list. Every casino on this page has been tested anonymously by our team. That means we’ve sat through the same deposit process, played the same slots, and requested the same withdrawals you will. If a casino made us wait 48 hours for a payout, it didn’t make the cut. It’s that simple.

No Account Casino Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses at no account casinos are a mixed bag. The technology itself doesn’t prevent operators from offering welcome packages, but the sign-up flow does. Without a traditional account, how do you claim a “100% up to £100” offer? Usually, the bonus is applied automatically when you make your first deposit through Trustly. Some casinos add free spins to a specific slot the moment your deposit lands. Others send a link via SMS or email—yes, they still capture your email during the deposit process if you opt in, though it’s not required for the account itself.

The most common bonus type is the deposit match, where the casino doubles your first deposit up to a certain cap. Free spins packages are close behind, often spread over several days. Because no account casinos emphasize speed, many steer clear of the labyrinthine bonus systems that require you to opt in, enter a code, and then wait. If you see a Pay N Play casino with a 10-step bonus activation, walk away—it’s poorly optimized for the platform.

Wagering requirements at no account casinos vary wildly. UKGC-licensed sites tend to cap wagering at 30–35x, while offshore operators might go up to 50x or even higher. The key metric isn’t just the multiplier; it’s how the casino weights game contributions. If slots contribute 100% but table games only 5%, your strategy matters. We’ve seen no account casinos that exclude live dealer games from wagering entirely, making the bonus nearly impossible to clear unless you’re a slot enthusiast. Always check the terms before accepting. That “gift” the casino is showering on you? It’s not charity. The house always has an edge, and bonuses are just a way to keep you spinning longer.

One trend in 2026 is the rise of cashback-based rewards instead of upfront bonuses. A few no account casinos now offer 10–20% cashback on losses during your first week, with no wagering. That aligns better with the no account ethos: you play, and if luck isn’t on your side, you get a portion back to try again. It’s simpler, fairer, and doesn’t tie your money up in bonus jail. PlayOJO’s no-wagering model has pressured competitors to follow suit, though most still cling to the old match-and-lock method.

Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speeds at No Account Casinos

Trustly is the backbone, but it’s not the only payment option at some no account casinos. A few operators have integrated direct bank payment APIs from other providers like Zimpler or Brite, especially in the Nordic-facing markets. In the UK, however, Trustly dominates. That means funding your play is limited to bank transfers—but they’re instant bank transfers, not the clunky three-day variety. If you used to deposit via debit card or PayPal, you’ll need to switch to online banking. Most UK banks support Trustly, including all major high-street banks and digital challengers like Starling and Revolut. The minimum deposit is usually £10, and the maximum varies by casino but can exceed £10,000 for high-limit tables.

Withdrawal speeds are the real headline. Traditional online casinos can take 24–72 hours to process a cashout, sometimes longer if manual verification is required. No account casinos routinely process withdrawals in under 15 minutes, often instantly. Because the player’s identity has already been verified through the bank, the casino’s finance team doesn’t need to review documents. The funds are sent back to the same bank account used for deposit, a process that mimics a refund. A few UK operators have moved to “reverse deposit” where the withdrawal is handled as a payment return within the Trustly flow, which can be near-instantaneous.

There’s a catch, though. If you use a joint bank account or an account not in your sole name, you may face verification delays. The casino must match the bank account holder name with the player; any discrepancy triggers a manual KYC check, defeating the no account advantage. Also, if you try to withdraw a large sum—typically over £5,000—the casino may ask for source-of-funds documentation regardless of Pay N Play. That’s a regulatory requirement, not a casino policy, and no amount of technical wizardry can bypass it. So for high-value wins, expect a brief hold while they confirm you’re not laundering the proceeds of a heist.

Mobile No Account Casinos and Apps

Mobile is where no account casinos truly shine. The simplicity of depositing with your banking app and instantly playing a slot fits the on-the-go lifestyle like a glove. Most Pay N Play casinos don’t offer a downloadable app; instead, they rely on a fully responsive browser-based platform. That’s actually an advantage—no updates to download, no storage taken, and you avoid the App Store’s stricter gambling policies that sometimes delay releases. The casino website functions like a progressive web app, which you can add to your home screen for one-tap access.

The typical mobile no account experience goes like this: you load the site, tap deposit, select Trustly, and your banking app opens automatically (if you have it installed). Authorize with Face ID or fingerprint, and you’re back in the casino with a funded balance. The whole sequence takes less than 20 seconds on a modern phone. Game providers like NetEnt, Play’n GO, and Evolution have optimized their libraries for mobile, so the gameplay is smooth, with touch-optimized controls. Live dealer games also run flawlessly, though you’ll want a stable 4G/5G connection.

One pain point: some smaller no account casinos still have clunky mobile interfaces that treat the mobile web like a shrunken desktop site. Buttons become tiny, menus misalign, and the Trustly redirect can break. That’s why we test mobile UX aggressively. The best operators—LeoVegas, Casumo, Mr Green—invest heavily in mobile web performance. LeoVegas even brands itself as the “King of Mobile Casino,” and its no account version lives up to the title, with load times under three seconds and a gesture-friendly lobby. If you plan to play primarily from your phone, stick to the top-tier names.

New No Account Casinos 2026

Every year brings a wave of new entrants hoping to carve a slice of the Pay N Play market. 2026 is no different. The latest crop of no account casinos tends to launch with fully cloud-based architectures, integrations with multiple bank payment APIs (not just Trustly), and an even heavier focus on gamification. These newcomers often target the under-35 demographic with flashy interfaces and “missions” that reward you for trying new games or hitting certain milestones.

One notable launch this year is “FlashBet Casino,” a UK-focused Pay N Play site that promises sub-five-second deposits and has partnered exclusively with Pragmatic Play and Evolution for its game catalogue. It’s MGA-licensed, meaning it’s not on Gamstop, but it does offer its own responsible gambling suite. Another is “ClickSpin,” which uses a proprietary identity layer that claims to work with any bank account without redirecting to Trustly’s page—the whole flow happens inside the casino. Early testing shows that ClickSpin reduces deposit time by another two seconds on average, though the security model is still being evaluated by independent auditors.

Established casinos are also expanding their no account lines. Betsson Group, which already runs several pay n play brands, launched “Speedy Casino” in January 2026, exclusively for UK players, with a stripped-back design that loads in under two seconds on 4G. The game selection is slim at 400 slots, but the focus is clearly on speed over bulk. For players tired of bloated casino lobbies, this minimalist approach is a welcome change.

Before you jump into the newest shiny object, do your homework. Check the license, read player reviews on independent forums, and see if the casino has a track record of paying out. Many new no account casinos pop up, operate for six months, and then vanish—taking unclaimed balances with them. Stick to those that have been around at least a year or are backed by a reputable parent company.

No Account Casino Sister Sites

Online gambling groups often operate multiple brands, and no account casinos are no exception. Understanding sister sites helps you avoid signing up for the same underlying product under a different name, and it can reveal if a group tends to share bonus policies, payout speeds, and customer support teams. For example, the Kindred Group runs Unibet and Maria Casino, both of which offer Pay N Play. If you’ve had a bad experience with one, you’ll likely encounter the same backend at the other. Similarly, the Betsson Group operates Rizk, Voodoo Dreams, and a dozen more; their bonus terms and withdrawal processes are often identical across brands.

Why does this matter? If you’re chasing a sign-up bonus across multiple no account casinos, you might end up breaching a group-wide bonus policy without realizing it. Many groups track player identity at the corporate level, not per brand. So if you claim a welcome offer at Rizk and then try to do the same at Voodoo Dreams, you could find both accounts frozen for bonus abuse. It’s not a scam—it’s in the terms you didn’t read. We’ve mapped out the main groups for you: Kindred (Unibet, Maria Casino, 32Red), Betsson (Rizk, Voodoo Dreams, Kaboo, Highroller), and LeoVegas Group (LeoVegas, Royal Panda, Pink Casino). Always cross-check before signing up at multiple Pay N Play sites.

On the flip side, sister sites can be useful if you like a group’s platform but want a different theme or game mix. If Rizk’s Wheel isn’t your thing, maybe Voodoo Dreams’ spell-casting is. You’ll get the same fast withdrawals and solid mobile performance, just with a different skin. It’s like ordering the same meal at a chain restaurant in two different towns—consistent, if not exciting.

Responsible Gambling at No Account Casinos

The speed of no account casinos doesn’t have to come at the expense of safety, but it does require a deliberate approach to responsible gambling. The same frictionless deposit that makes the experience great can also make it easy to lose track of spending. A 2019 study by the University of Nevada found that reducing payment friction increases average session duration by 22%. Without a login screen reminding you that you’re entering a gambling environment, the mental barrier drops. That’s why it’s crucial to set your own limits before you even deposit.

All UKGC-licensed no account casinos must offer a suite of player protection tools. You can set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and reality checks directly from the site, even without a permanent account. Some casinos embed these options in the Trustly deposit flow, while others put them in a settings panel accessible from the lobby. The trick is that you have to actively seek them out—they’re not forced upon you unless your behaviour triggers an automatic intervention. Offshore casinos may have no such tools or only bare-minimum versions, so if you’re playing at a Curacao-licensed Pay N Play site, you’re largely on your own.

Gamstop remains the most effective self-exclusion tool for UK players. Enrolling is free, and the ban covers all brands registered with the service, including many no account casinos. However, some offshore operators don’t participate, so if your self-control depends on Gamstop, double-check that the casino is on the list. There’s also Gamban, a software that blocks gambling websites and apps across your devices, which can serve as a belt-and-braces approach. No account casinos can’t circumvent a Gamban block because it operates at the network level.

Bottom line: treat no account casinos with the same caution you’d apply to any gambling site. The technology is neutral; it’s how you use it that determines the outcome. If you find yourself depositing impulsively, switch to a traditional casino that forces you to log in and face that moment of reflection. It might just save you from a string of bad decisions.

Are no account casinos legal in the UK?

Yes, no account casinos are legal in the UK provided they hold a license from the UK Gambling Commission or a recognized overseas regulator like the Malta Gaming Authority. The UKGC does not prohibit the Pay N Play model as long as the operator meets anti-money laundering and player protection standards. However, many UK-licensed no account casinos also hold additional licenses to operate in other jurisdictions, which adds a layer of regulatory oversight. Always verify the license at the casino’s footer before depositing.

Do I need to verify my identity at a no account casino?

For small deposits, typically no manual verification is required because Trustly’s bank-based authentication serves as the KYC check. If you deposit larger sums—usually above a threshold set by the casino’s risk policy—you may be asked to provide additional documents like a passport photo or proof of address. This is not a flaw in the no account model but a legal requirement under anti-money laundering laws. Casino operators must be able to demonstrate to regulators that they have adequately verified high-value players.

Can I still claim bonuses at no account casinos?

Absolutely. No account casinos offer welcome bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards just like traditional sites. The main difference is that you might not need to enter a bonus code; the offer is often applied automatically upon your first deposit via Trustly. Terms and wagering requirements apply as with any casino, so read them carefully. Some no account casinos even use their speed advantage as a marketing point, promising “instant” bonus credits the moment your deposit clears.

What happens to my funds if I close the browser at a no account casino?

Your funds remain safe and associated with your bank-verified identity. Because the casino holds a minimal record linked to your bank account, you can re-access your balance by simply depositing again with the same bank credentials. The casino will recognize you and restore your balance. There’s no need to remember a username or password. However, if you don’t return for an extended period—typically 12 months—the casino may classify your balance as dormant and attempt to contact you via any available contact details before handling it according to its terms.

Are there any disadvantages to playing at no account casinos?

The main drawback is limited payment options. You’re mostly restricted to bank transfers via Trustly, so if you prefer e-wallets, cards, or crypto, a no account casino might not suit you. Additionally, customer support can sometimes be slower to locate your profile because there’s no static account number. Game variety is usually on par with traditional casinos, but a few smaller Pay N Play operators skimp on the library. Finally, if you’re someone who frequently changes bank accounts, you might face re-verification each time, which erodes the convenience.

After having a fall and losing/breaking 4 of my top front teeth, a friend recommended Ihsan to me. I am absolutely terrified of having dental work done. Ihsan and his wife, Ifzana, are amazing. I needed a lot of work done, a bridge consisting of 6 front teeth and 2 implants (I didn’t think I would be able to do it). Ihsan is very patient, reassuring and very qualified for the job. If you need any dental work done, be assured, he’s the man to do it. I’m a private person, and I don’t want to put photos on, but my new teeth look fantastic, better than my original teeth. Thank you, Ihsan and Ifzana.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Khaliq and his dental nurse! They are both so lovely! They really listen to you as a patient and a person by remembering personal details, which is a really nice touch. You can tell they have your best interests at heart, and you feel genuinely well cared for. Plus, they now have a TV on the ceiling, which is absolutely amazing – I enjoyed watching Clarkson’s Farm while he performed a root canal completely pain-free!

Hands down the greatest dental experience I’ve had! After two other dentists told me a front tooth implant wasn’t possible due to a too-small gap, ten years later, Ihsan and Ifzana could. They offered a solution, carefully explaining the options. They are precise, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm and caring – which made me feel at ease straight away.

I live around 3 hours away. They were very flexible with appointments; they always kept me updated via text, and if I reached out, they would get back to me straight away.

My tooth implant looks and feels so natural, and I can now smile with confidence.

I didn’t initially think this procedure would be possible for me, and now, I am beyond happy with the results – thank you!!

I highly recommend them!

The greatest dentist in the area, 100%! I recently had Invisalign; they are all amazing, kind, genuine and professional! Perfectionists, and my teeth look amazing. My mum also had Invisalign here 15 years ago. So glad I stuck to a local dentist instead of online. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Absolutely delighted with the implant I have had fitted today; an annoying gap in my smile line is now filled. They have the latest equipment to ensure a perfect fit; they use the very latest technology along with their experience and gave me confidence that I had made the right choice of implant specialist to carry out the work. Yes, it’s probably more expensive than going off to Turkey, but I have peace of mind that should anything go wrong, I do not have far to travel. If anyone is thinking of having this procedure, let me assure you that it was a painless process. I’m so delighted with the result and can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant result, excellent service.

I can’t recommend Issan and Ifzana enough. Had a tooth that needed extracting, and after going to a different dentist, struggling to become numb from the anaesthetic and therefore not being able to have this done, today I went to them, and Issan kindly and gently encouraged me to let him have a go. After my last experience, I was nervous; their caring nature persuaded me, and he was able to remove the tooth pain-free and so quickly! Thank you both of you!

Fantastic, honest service, been a patient for over 6 years. They always explain the treatment and options in a clear and comfortable way. I could not recommend this practice more. They never tried to sell me unnecessary treatment. In fact, I’ve experienced the opposite. Makes you feel more like a friend than a patient.
